He was proactive in working with the Buyside to facilitate viewings, and worked directly with our tenant so make arrangements. Jonathan is a phenomenal realtor. I first saw him a couple of years ago delivering his fliers in person not just emails. I first met him over a year ago after a personal tragedy. But then decide not to sell right away. He accepted that but kept in touch. When I did decide to sell Jonathan responded right away He always answers his calls or gets back to you right away. The listing process was easy. Jonathan was there for every showing. No lock box!! I appreciated that as I have cats. The house sold in about 45 days. Which is amazing in this market but I listened to Jonathan and had 3 offers. Jonathan was very patient with me as I had lived there for 25 years and was not easy all the time. Jonathan also assisted with moving company cleaners etc. Cannot recommend Jonathan Lorber enough!!
